Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevPath ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RevPath provides revenue attribution and analytics services that connect your marketing platforms and CRM to track customer journeys and measure marketing ROI. The Service includes:

  • Multi-channel marketing attribution
  • CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Customer journey tracking
  • Real-time behavioral alerts
  • Revenue analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Current subscription pricing is $497/month for the Professional plan.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and process payments through Flutterwave.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account until payment is received.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service for illegal activities

8. Data and Privacy

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Integrations: You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for third-party platforms you connect to RevPath.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks, is owned by RevPath, Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVPATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevPath from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
